These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bear Bro website and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
References to “Bear Bro”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean BEAR BRO AU, trading as Bear Bro.

Unless otherwise stated:
discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined with other offers, may have an expiry date, and may be limited to certain products, customers or order values.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary.
12. Subscriptions
Bear Bro may offer recurring product subscriptions.
Where a subscription is selected, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the nominated payment method at the agreed recurring interval until the subscription is cancelled.
The price, billing frequency and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.
Customers are responsible for cancelling or modifying subscriptions before the next processing date.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may be subject to our normal returns and cancellation policy.

We will not knowingly create or publish fabricated customer testimonials as genuine reviews.
